The Gardner Center

The Gardner Center brought a much needed cinema, family restaurants, and retail services to Battle Ground and was chosen because of Battle Ground’s growth and the limited leisure services the city currently had to offer.

City Center 12 Cinema

The cinema was sold in a package with the Murdock Plaza in 2006.

MJ Murdock Building

With 52,009 square feet of rental office and service oriented space, the building was purchased in 1998 by Prestige Development and sold in a package including the City Center 12 cinema in 2006.
