Prestige Theaters

The Gardner Center

2005

The Gardner Center brought a much needed cinema, family restaurants, and retail services to Battle Ground and was chosen because of Battle Ground’s growth and the limited leisure services the city currently had to offer.

Prestige Development completed construction of the 17,800 square foot Battle Ground cinema as well a 5,600 to 10,000 square foot building, and 17,000 additional square feet of mixed-use commercial and retail rental space.

The project is located in Battle Ground, at the intersection of State Route 503 and 199th street, in central Clark County Washington. Battle Ground is located approximately 17 miles northeast of downtown Vancouver, Washington.

The nearest theater is an 11-mile, 30 minute drive from Battle Ground City Center. There is a great need for family service businesses in Battle Ground as the area population continues to grow. Battle Ground’s estimated 2004 population exceeds 37,000 in a five mile radius and more than 107,000 people live within 7 miles of the city center. The 2009 estimated population is 124,000 within 7 miles of the city center. The average daily traffic count on State Route 503 is 46,000.
