Meeting the Moment with Cinema, Retail, and Family-Friendly Spaces

Located in Sandy, Oregon, the gateway to Mt. Hood, Pioneer Park brings a high quality Cinema, convenient business center, and family restaurants to a community in need.

Pioneer Park, Sandy’s entertainment and mixed use center, is located two miles west of the city center adjacent to Highway 26 at Champion Way.

More than 19,000 people live within five miles and 119,000 live within a ten-mile radius of Pioneer Park, which is home to the eight-screen, 3D Sandy Cinema and adjacent to a 135,000 square foot Fred Meyer shopping center. Sandy is the retail and service hub for the Mt. Hood Corridor.

Prestige Development completed Pioneer Park Phase I (cinema) in 2002. Pioneer Park Phase II was completed in April 2004 and totals 22,500sq-ft in three buildings. This mixed use site takes full advantage of the estimated 30,000 cars traveling on Highway 26 daily.

Pioneer Plaza was designed as more than just a commercial development—it’s a gathering place that brings energy and activity to the Sandy community. With a thoughtful mix of retail, dining, and entertainment, including the popular Sandy Cinema, the plaza serves as a local destination for both residents and visitors. Its convenient location and pedestrian-friendly design encourage people to shop, dine, and connect, making it a catalyst for ongoing economic growth in the area.
