The Gardner Center brought a much needed cinema, family restaurants, and retail services to Battle Ground and was chosen because of Battle Ground’s growth and the limited leisure services the city currently had to offer.
Prestige Development completed construction of the 17,800 square foot Battle Ground cinema as well a 5,600 to 10,000 square foot building, and 17,000 additional square feet of mixed-use commercial and retail rental space.
The project is located in Battle Ground, at the intersection of State Route 503 and 199th street, in central Clark County Washington. Battle Ground is located approximately 17 miles northeast of downtown Vancouver, Washington.
The Gardner Center has become a central hub for Battle Ground, delivering much-needed family entertainment, dining, and retail options to a rapidly growing community. Anchored by the Battle Ground Cinema, the center attracts steady foot traffic, supporting local businesses and enhancing the city’s economic vitality. Strategically located at a high-traffic intersection, the Gardner Center continues to serve as a key destination for both residents and visitors.
