MJ Murdock Plaza

Office and Parking

A Downtown Anchor for Office, Service, and Cinema Parking

The M.J. Murdock Executive Plaza was built in 1982 on a 0.918 acre site in downtown Vancouver, Washington.

The building contains 52,009 square feet of rental office and service oriented space.

The attached three-story parking structure, measuring approximately 192,290 square feet, provides 528 parking spaces. The parking structure was underutilized.  In 1998 it started serving the City Center 12 Cinema’s parking needs.

The first floor of the building has parking and office space. The second, third and fourth floors are used exclusively for parking.

The building was purchased in 1998 by Prestige Development and sold in a package including the City Center 12 Cinema in 2006.

The M.J. Murdock Executive Plaza has played a key role in supporting the growth and functionality of downtown Vancouver. By providing much-needed office space and structured parking, the building has helped attract and retain businesses in the city center while improving accessibility for visitors and employees. Its integration with nearby commercial and civic developments reinforces the vitality of the downtown core, making it an important piece of Vancouver’s ongoing revitalization.
