The attached three-story parking structure, measuring approximately 192,290 square feet, provides 528 parking spaces. The parking structure was underutilized. In 1998 it started serving the City Center 12 Cinema’s parking needs.
The first floor of the building has parking and office space. The second, third and fourth floors are used exclusively for parking.
The building was purchased in 1998 by Prestige Development and sold in a package including the City Center 12 cinema in 2006.
